3 Ingredient Baked Cheesecake | Delish

Make this simple dessert with only THREE ingredients. Baked cheesecake with only three ingredients will be a crowd favorite.

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

2. In a large mixing bowl using a handheld mixer or stand mixer with paddle attachment, beat cream cheese until smooth, 1 minute. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix 1 minute. Add egg yolks and mix until fully combined, 2 minutes.

3. In another large mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, 5 to 6 minutes.

4. Gently fold egg whites into the sweetened condensed milk mixture until fully combined.

5. Tightly wrap an 8″ or 9” springform pan with aluminum foil and spray insides with cooking spray. Transfer batter to pan, then place the pan in a large baking dish. Pour enough boiling water into the baking dish to reach 1/3 of the way up the outside of the cheesecake pan.

6. Bake 50 minutes, then turn off heat and let cool in oven for 1 hour. Let cool completely until ready to serve.

7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.

1 8-oz. block cream cheese, softened
1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
Powdered sugar, for serving (optional)

  1. I made this not once but twice. First time with 5 eggs and tasted great but looked nothing like the video the consistency was more like a cheesecake and not airy looking as their outcome and the second time I used 3 eggs because one fell and judging by the vid they seemingly used 3🤔 and it came out good but wet this time and after putting it in the fridge came out again cheesecake like and tasted very sweet too sweet since I didn't use 5 eggs. Idk but I give up on the recipe 1,2,3 my asparagus lol

  2. I thought this tasted super eggy. :/ I would try this again but use fewer eggs or not whip all 5 egg whites. Other than that, love the concept of such a simple baked cheesecake!

  3. Ok… I wouldn't call this cheesecake??? Mine turned out almost like a custard cheesecake….. But it was AMAZING!!! Still loved it, my kids and I. It's a keeper!!!
