  1. For the ones who dgaf about healthy:
    – 1,5 banana
    – 2 eggs
    – 1 or 1,5 spoon of sugar
    – 1 or 2 teaspoons of cinnamon

    Perfect banana omelettes! (no not pancakes. Banana omelettes)

  2. Banana is a nice flavor to add to pancakes, but using only eggs and banana the batter will break and scramble easily and not stay together. It's not like bananas could replace flour, fat and dairy which give pancakes good consistency.

  4. 2 things if you're going to try this…
    1. Use a blender when mixing ingredients together. Doing it by hand causes great inconsistency resulting in scrambled egg bananas. Blending causes milky/even texture where eggs can't cook separately.

    2. Use low heat when cooking. if you can hear the batter sizzle when you pour it into the pan, it is way to hot. Pour evenly and then increase the heat slowly not passing 5 (or medium).

    It's really good when u get it right and much healthier than the traditional pancake. You don't taste the egg all u taste is the banana. Add a drizzle of syrup (or agave, jam, peanut butter etc) you're all set. Hoped this helped.

  5. I really wanted to like this. I wanted to believe the people in the comments were just being too harsh and that these pancakes would be a great easy breakfast to make in the mornings before going to work. But the harsh comments are 100% right and I was sorely wrong. These are absolutely disgusting and I can only imagine that the people praising them in the video were either paid or had guns pointed at them from behind the camera. They taste nothing like pancakes and everything about them is all wrong. The texture is awful and the banana overpowers the whole thing. I like bananas a lot, be it on toast or in fruit salads, on desserts or banoffee pies or just on their own. But the sharp aftertaste doesn't go away. The egg doesn't help. Attempting to make these and actually going as far as to consume one is by far my biggest regret. This might seem like I'm joking or being dramatic but I assure you I'm not. I just don't want anyone to make the same mistake I did. Buzz feed and every other person who made a video about these are sick sadistic bastards and I lost a little faith in the honesty of others today
