I’m super lazy when it comes to making meals. I like to keep things simple and quick with very minimal ingredients I need to buy. Here are some of the recipes that I’ve been making for my really lazy days. Some of these portions are pictured small, but feel free to add rice or quinoa on the side or make the portions larger. Adjust the recipes to what you like because I like to share recipes that don’t require washing measuring cups or spoons!
