Ingredients (Serves 6)
1) 1 ¼ cups Oat Flour
2) 1/3 cup Unsweetened Milk
3) 2 tbsp. Oil
4) 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup or Honey
5) ¾ cup Greek Yoghurt
6) ¾ cup Mixed Fruits

  6. hey joanna i need help desperately.Please do reply to the comment. I am doing exercise regularly.i do weight training also and other exercises at high intensity level to burn fat. I am eating healthy mainly lots of protein , salads and fruits but its been above 2 months that my weight is struck and m not losing it. m working out eating clean what is the matter thn.
