  2. I've been looking for years and I cannot find chow fun noodles anywhere. I once had this this dish in New Jersey and loved it but it seems impossible for me to find this kind of noodle online. I know I can use other noodles but I want the wide flat noodle for the chow fun. Can you please help me?

  3. I have watched so many of your videos in just 24 hours that I feel like an expert on cooking Asian cuisine. I even went to the store today and bought spring roll wrappers and sesame oil! I could eat Asian food every day and I'm glad I came across your channel so now I can really experiment with my cooking, especially because Asian food seems the most vegan-friendly so I can cook things that both me and my vegan boyfriend can enjoy. I also just love your personality!

  4. is Chinese dark and light soy sauce way different from Thai light and dark? for thai cooking i use the butterfly brand light and black sauce and they even make the sweet dark one
