2 cornichons

100 grams pre-cooked shrimps

Mayo (fat-free)

    Vous obtenez un meilleur résulat en utilisant des langoustines fraiches plutôt que des crevettes et en les snackant avec du beurre, j'utilise de la sauce coktail qui apporte plus de puissance que seulement de la mayo allégée, évidement c'est une question de goût.

  2. I did not have pickle but added diced red onion instead…my guests loved it!!  I made it in advance and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours to chill. Thanks for the idea!

  3. Avocados don't start to ripen until after they've been picked- so if they're hard and unripe at the store, buy them anyways and store them in a paper bag on the counter. They'll get soft in a couple days 🙂
    If they get soft before you're ready to eat them, you can store them in the fridge where they will ripen much slower.
