  1. I tell you boys, I cant get beef ribs with that kind of meat on them, UNLESS I order it, I just cant find it like that without cashiing in my insurance.. know what I mean….. thanks guys….

  2. dont know how u call it but the way i do beef ribs make them come out super juicy and quick to make, we basically cut them up individually then put them into a round bowl pot halfway with water and cover the ribs in salt pepper and garlic and let them i guess simmer?for 10 min on high, then take em out and put your seasoning on it then put them on the grill for anothrr 10 min while slowly basting it with bbq sauce consisting of regular bbqsauce, ketchup, black pepper, cayenee pepper, redpepper flakes, and brown sugar, they come out so juicy and they go off the plate quick. lol

  3. This was perfection. I watched the whole video. Did they turn the ribs? I need to know this. Did they just put bone down and leave it that way all the time? There was some technique that they did not reveal but I did lean a lot. I was surprised how versatile that big knife was. In stead of prongs I will use a big knife to work with the racks. I like to make beef ribs for my son and father who eat beef only (no pork) – but I eat it all. Yes removing the membrane is important to me. My wife tells me its VIP to remove the membrane. They look like zztop but really I respect them.
