I have many macaroni and cheese recipe uploaded already. I have everything from southern baked macaroni and cheese, to soul food macaroni and cheese, to even bacon mac and cheese. I guess it’s pretty clear that mac n cheese is one of my favorite foods. I could even eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! LOL. This time around I have a easy mac and cheese recipe. I’m going to show you how to make macaroni and cheese in the Crock-Pot / slow cooker. I use regular elbow macaroni pasta for my mac & cheese. I use Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese condense soup, as well as basic cheeses such as sharp cheddar, and colby cheese for this mac and cheese recipe. I pretty much put everything in the Crock-Pot, and let it cook on low for 3 hours. The outcome is amazing! It’s the perfect recipe for homemade macaroni and cheese. Give it a try, and impress your loved ones with your chef skills!

  1. this was LoVEd. and affordable! I have this problem of spending too much $ and then ppl not liking it😂. was on a time crunch tho, so I did cook noodles eldenta, so I used slightly less halfnhalf nearly 2cups. 1.5 hours on low, stirring it a couple times all together. best I ever made. tasty.

  2. I tried this tonight.  Used 2% milk vs the Half & Half, still came out fine (though I had to add a little bit more).  Only problem was it was so good that after seconds, there wasn't enough leftovers.  Will have to scale the recipe up.  Thanks!!

  3. is the pasta fully cooked after 3 hours? Ive always make a crock pot mac n cheese similar to this for thanksgiving and I cook the pasta before hand but this year I'm thinking of leaving it uncooked…

  5. i adde the 2 cups of half n half but my macaroni got a little burnt and stuck to the bottom. why? i tried to save it by adding water (didnt have milk) and it came out ok.

  6. I made this and it came out perfect. I'm not a smoked flavor kind of girl, only in my bbq so I will leave the paprika out next time but it came out exactly how she said it would. I love that I dont have to boil the noodles!

  7. Hi! I'm making this v soon. my favorite looking recipe, and I've been looking a lot! one Q, if you have time to answer – could I add bacon to this in the slow cooker? if so, when? If I can add bacon, any additional advice (like chopped or long slices?) thanks so much! PS love your buttermilk fried chicken recipe!
