  1. I have had to stop eating all red meat and have started eating Turkey Meat. I want to start to like fish but I live in New Mexico USA and there is no way for me to get fresh fish. Can you make recipe with ground turkey meat or a way that I can enjoy or start to enjoy fish. PS I am not able to have shell fish or chicken.

  2. Cheers Bars! my version of Mrs Barry has been asking for this for ages.

I now understand why due to the unholy amount of calories in it! Will def give this a shot.

It's to be said around 6 of your recipes are now mainstays in my kitchen every month, my 5 year old daughter absolutely loves the hoi sin chicken thighs still after all this time! Cheers bro! 🙂

  3. Hi Barry ^^ I'd appreciate if you could advise on some meals that you can cook in bulk and are suitable for freezing. I work shifts with random overtime days and I'm always too tired to work and cook on the same day, so I'll have one full day of cooking and throw everything in the freezer to do me for like a month! But I'm getting bored of the same meals and really need some inspiration! Chilli and curries are great but not forever xD Thanks!

  4. Hey Barry I'm a professional cook in a hotel and I am absolutely terrified of cream soups but my manager is on my butt about learning! Do you have a super simple cream of mushroom soup recipe I could try for my guests?!

  5. Hi Barry,

Nice recipe. Quick and easy. Can I just point out one minor thing? Being Italian, and pasta is better eaten al dente I recommend putting in the pasta after the sauce is ready. Especially when using fresh pasta which takes about 2 mins for it to be cooked.

Also could it be a good idea, and this is just my opinion, to quickly give it a stir in a pan with the chicken and add some sage? We have a similar dish in Italy called butter and salvia. Since you are using plenty of it might add some interesting taste to it.

  6. My boyfriend is going gluten AND dairy free he is also allergic to nuts and eggs. Do you have some recipes I could make him particularly things that I can make big batches of and put in the freezer and heat up later. Thanks love your recipes btw have tried a few and they are great!!!!!!!!

  7. I cook for a camp centre so frequently have 40-60 children (plus team!) to cater for! Any inspiration for meals that are simple but exciting (and the kids will love!) would be amazing!
