Cucumber Tuna Rolls, easy, healthy recipes

1 can (5oz) Tuna in water
1 large Cucumber
½ an Avocado
1 Carrot cut in julienne
1 Celery stalk in julienne
3 T sliced Red Onion
1 T Mayonnaise
1 tsp Wasabi paste
pinch of Salt

  1. In response to the comments about your speaking too fast…I think you are speaking just fine and not at all difficult to understand. Pay no attention and just keep on with how you are doing, you are doing great and your recipes look delicious, I will be trying them!

  2. I have a question about the measurement. Is it T for Tbs ( tablespoon)  or is it T for  tsp. (teaspoon). Normally a capital T is for Tablespoon; but some would type T anyways for teaspoon by mistake. I just want to make sure. These look so good.

  3. Thanx for this great idea – going to try it (without the mayo, though, might just use a little oil or make my own mayo) – don't know why people are saying you talk too fast, I understood every word you said.

  4. These look great. I hope you don't mind me saying this, but try to speak slower. Take some time to breath. I know English is not your first language, but if you breath a little, you will sound even better!!
