Easy Fish Pie Recipe – Tickle your Tastebuddies


Hey you there! Bet you didn’t think I had any friends. THINK AGAIN! To celebrate the 10th episode of Tickly Mouth, I have brought my pal Victoria Dyson along for the very first “TICKLY TASTE BUDDIES” experience!

Dyson isn’t confident in the kitchen but her life’s ambition is to make a delectable Fish Pie. So we did.

While I’ve got you, check out Dyson’s children’s theatre company, Filskit. They do amazing workshops and productions using interactive projections, beautiful music, and just a splash of silliness!

If Dyson can make a fish pie, you can too, with:

400g skinless boneless white fish fillet
400g skinless boneless smoked fish fillet
600ml milk
1 onion
4 cloves
2 bay leaves
4 eggs
herbs (parsley or dill work well)
50g butter (plus extra for the mash)
50g plain flour
1kg Maris Piper potatoes
50g cheddar
