  1. Would this type of mousse be alright to use for a mousse cake that becomes frozen to then have a mirror glaze poured over top? How does this method hold up in humid conditions once it is removed from the frIdge to serve? Please reply. Thanks

  3. Great video,just made one mousse and i have just one question…If I leave the mousse for about 24 hours in a fridge,will it get solid,if yes,can I put it ine the microvawe so it gets like mousse again?Sorry for bad english: P
