  1. My favorite italian dish is chicken parmesan. I've seen a version over rutabaga noodles that seemed interesting, but i haven't tried it. Although at a close second would be ravioli. (I like making my ravioli out of wonton wrappers when I'm dieting!)

My question is: Have you ever tried buckwheat noodles or soba noodles and what did you think? They are fairly low calorie (comparatively) and added to a lot of asian dishes.

Similar question: I personally like mixing a lot of vegetable noodles (like zoodles) with a little bit of whole wheat pasta in my cooking– and that got me thinking about what spiraled veggies would work best in asian dishes to mix with soba noodles. Thoughts?
