Healthy Seafood Recipe w immitation crabmeat


This is a really simple healthy seafood recipe. You guys can make this really quick and it goes with rice, pasta, or you can eat it plain if you are doing a low carb diet. Bellow is the Recipe of all the ingredients:
1 cup of rice
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon of Garlic Pepper Salt or Garlic Salt.

Imitation Crabmeat and Veggies Recipe.
1/2 Head of Fresh Garlic.
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 1/2 cups of sliced Mushrooms
1 1/2 cups of Broccoli
2 1/2 cups of Immitation Crabmeat
1/2 a fresh lemon
1/2 Cup of White Cooking Whine
1/2 teaspoon of Garlic Pepper Seasoning,
