  1. In a month's time I've made this recipe three times, and I bought a huge tray of fillets for freezing. It's fast to make and very delicious. Thanks so much!

  2. For a Brit, you pronounced jalapeno very well.  Now you can work on the phrase "Me enchile!" (Meh-en-chi-lay), which loosely translated means "The chile is burning my mouth!" Loved your video, and I'm going to do it. It's exactly what I was looking for.

  3. I first fell in love with fish tacos in Puerto Rico. But they were not healthy… still, your video got me nostalgic for fish tacos (healthy or not so healthy) and San Juan.

  4. Looks absolutely delicious! I've been wanting to incorporate more fish in my diet and this recipe fits my macros perfectly! Thank you so much for the video, Simon! Would love more fish recipes!

  5. Tilapia is great but its also very high in Omega 6! Not that much Omega 3 at all compared to other fish. If you're eating a lot of Tilapia be very conscious about the amount of Omega 3 you're eating to balance it out. Good alternatives to Tilapia are Sea Bream, Sea Bass, Plaice and Monkfish if you want a white fish that has a lot of taste and texture! 🙂 Tilapia is fine in moderation though obviously its a beautiful tasting fish.
