  1. ofcourse it doesnt have any vitamines or anything, i dont know why or how, cabbage, and alot of other vegestables need to be cooked ( in some peoples view ) so it has become something you need to do, eat your vegestables raw and become strong

  2. So the boiled cabbage at 7:15 which looks and apparently tastes terrible, does it have any nutritional value? I ask because some people over cook vegetables because it makes them easier to digest. Are they receiving any benefit from eating the cabbage-y slime, or not?
