  2. I worked at a lobster restaurant, I have a vid for raw lobster sashimi on my chan.. anyways… pull the meat out of the head and arms first. It can be a bit time consuming, but the chest has muscle and you can even squeeze the muscle out of the arms like getting toothpaste out of a almost empty toothpaste container. Save that meat and add it to the bisque. I know a technique that I could not show you as it takes a lot of skill and is really fast, but maybe ill make a vid on that..

  5. instead of so much tomato paste,.use saffron. it tastes amazing. You can also use this for making cream based fettuccine sauces, with shrimp, lobster, clams, and even chicken dishes.

  7. Looks fantastic those lobster pieces still had a lot of good meat, do you pick them out? I had a Chicken Bisque at a homeless shelter I stayed at in San Luis Obispo, California, they only had it once but it was delicious.
