This video shows a surprising link between one’s diet and mental health. It is uncommon knowledge that mental illness like anxiety, depression, insanity and panic attack can actually be attributed to one’s dietary conditions. The state of one’s gut can can be a contributing factor for mental problem or psychological problems. The video starts out with a brief history of how mental health disorders were once treated and that our gut can actually be considered as our body’s second brain having as much neural connections.
