Mexican red spaghetti recipe children love it

Some years ago I showed you my recipe of spaghetti but this is the updated recipe because I found a way to come out creamy and well flavored, I hope you enjoy it !!
8 slices of ham
500 g (1 lb) spaghetti pasta
5 ripe tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1/2 onion
1/2 cube chicken bouillon powder
1 cup cream (sour cream) (fresh cream)
salt needed

  1. Tengo una pregunta sobre la crema, es la crema que se usa para flautas o en la ensalada de coditos con mortadela como la de la vaquita? o es sour cream crema acida, porque el sabor es totalmente diferente, por eso quiero estar segura de usar la misma que usas tu.

  2. my favorite spaghetti . thank you for sharing this recipe. the only thing i do different is i brown my ham pieces more for color and they also add a more deeper flavor and also a little sugar {1-2 tbs.} to cut the acid from the tomatoes !!! have a great week !!!!

  4. My mom made soupita all the time w/ elbow macaroni with a lot if parmesan/Romano cheese on top!
    I miss it!!!!! She never put meat in it- I will have to try it like this and let u know… Looks yummy!
