  1. You might want to cook your pork a little more thoroughly. Its not fish or steak. Eating pink pork is not good. It's still going to be juicy if you allow it to cook all the way through

  2. "Have to have bone in" what about this makes you have to have bone in lol. You probably lost some viewers by saying that. Never cut out a potential market even if it's not the target market.

  3. I love fried pork chops and have always chose the regular cut instead of the thin cut but today I tried thin cut and they work out so much better as far as keeping the nice crust on the outside and moist on the inside. I won't use the regular cut anymore. I found myself nibbling around the bone. Munch!!
