  3. I would imagine the best thing to do is to go to a local store and see if they have real maple syrup. Even here in Montana quite a few of our stores carry the pure maple syrup. It is pricey so keep that in mind.

    As far as a good Soy Sauce, check your local Asian food mart as that will be the best place.

  4. Works just as well by using brown sugar in the same amount instead of maple syrup I add about a 1/3 cup vegetable or olive oil and about 1/4 cup water. I rub lemon pepper on the filet before the soak in the marinating. MMM good
