1/2 package Mori Nu firm silken tofu
3 tbsp chopped onion
1/4 tsp each of cumin and turmeric
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
salt & pepper

3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup non dairy milk

Cookie Dough:
1 tbsp vegan butter or coconut oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp non dairy milk
splash of vanilla
2 tbsp flour
a few non dairy chocolate chips

2 medium potatoes
1 tsp oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp basil
salt and pepper to taste

  1. Ok guys I just tried the cookie dough chocolate pancakes…SO SO GOOD! I STRONGLY urge y'all to try them it was like dessert for breakfast! Amazing texture and consistency. I gave some to my mom and dad (both very picky eaters) and I think it's our new favorite pancake recipe 🙂

  2. I'm a new subscriber but I am already loving your channel. I made the chocolate pancakes, and they were delicious. I did have a question though, my batter came out thicker, leading to a thicker pancake and only about 3 pancakes. Any suggestions?

  3. just tried out the pancakes! since they're not really sweet, the cookie dough topping helped balance it out nicely. only thing is that the cookie dough tasted a bit too much like raw flour for me. other than that, thanks!!

  4. These all look delicious and I look forward to trying but I wanted to say that using raw flour is unsafe. The FDA released a warning to the public saying that there's a high risk of salmonella when using raw flour. Instead I would recommend making/ using oat flour or almond flour.

  5. Have you ever tried this special indian salt called "Kala Namak"? Because it is very common in germany to sprinkle that on top of the scrambled tofu so I was really surprised that you skiped that step. It is honestly INCREDIBLE how "eggy" it tastes, it's CRAZY!!! Kala Namak has this typical smoky taste that eggs have and I was just mindblown when I first tried it! 😀 I would really recommend it to you!

  6. You never use salt? How can you eat food that's bland? Are you on a no sodium diet or something? I just find it weird because I'm on a high sodium diet but even before the diet I was taught to always use salt to taste.
