  1. I think I will try this soon, using vegetables that I like. Zucchini, carrots(though cooked less, i like them only slightly tender), beans and corn and maybe some peppers as well for colour 🙂 Sounds yummy 🙂 Though I would also use tomato paste, since I really like it having a nice tomato flavour 😉
