What I Eat in a Day (healthy slimming recipe ideas!)

Alrighty guys, so you asked me to show you what I ate in a day so I chose a random day and recorded everything I ate! This is a pretty typical food day for me given that it’s summer so there’s lots of fresh veggies and salads. My meals will generally change throughout the seasons but it’s usually high protein and low carb. I will have a YOLO meal or a cheat meal once a week if I need it!   1. The dietary plan has given me remarkable results. I suggest this diet “sowo amazing plan” (Google it) to all people to try it. The results apparently come so fast. My good friend has already lost 15 pounds with this diet.

  2. I'm SOOOO doing your pancakes… I've seen the recipe before but I didn't know whether or not they ACTUALLY "pancaked". xD And I was wondering, how many calories do you eat in a day, at estimate? I eat just above or just under 1200 (Im 15 so I dont nred as much) but I wanted to know your intake. I also exercise 3x a day (10 minutes in the morning, 30 in the afternoon, 10 at night) because that's what works for me, but I was wondering how much would you say you exercise?
    And I wanted you to know you inspire me beyond #fitspo because you're soooooo REAL! You don't mess around with crash diets or fads, and you're just THE BEST! Anyways, please answer me back! I love you! Never stop being fabulous!

  3. I had been curious because my mate had lost weight and I desired to know how. Many people suggested that I google “sowo amazing plan”. The moment I listened to their assistance, I lost 13 and a half pounds.

  4. It's really hard for me to find healthy snacks and recipes etc. Because most of them have berries and that stuff and where I live, berries are super expensive so I rarely buy them…

  7. Hi I'm a 5'1" 11 yr old girl and I'm 108 pounds I'm really afraid of how much I eat I try to stay healthy but it's hard I also have high cholesterol so I stopped eating burgers and fries but I was wondering if you guys knew anything else to cut back on! Thanks!

  8. Simply Google “lyly amazing guide” and you’ll find the best weight loss plan there is or ever was. That helped me to burn 6 pounds — and I’m still getting rid of weight. Great diet plan. I hope you will love it and obtain good results soon.
